These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Connor Court Publishing website and to purchases made through the Connor Court Books online store.

By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Throughout these Terms, "Connor Court", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Connor Court Publishing Pty Ltd.

2. Products

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images and other information appearing on our website are accurate.

Book cover images are provided for illustration and identification purposes. Minor differences may occur between editions, printings and formats.

The availability of products may change without notice. We may withdraw a product from sale at any time.

3. Prices

All prices on our website are stated in Australian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price displayed when you place your order.

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown during the ordering process.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order. If we cannot supply the product at the price advertised, you will be entitled to cancel the affected item and receive a refund of any amount already paid for it.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Connor Court Publishing.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered through our website.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine error, suspected fraud, payment problem, stock issue or other reasonable basis for doing so.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped using the delivery services selected by Connor Court Publishing.

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided as a guide only. Delivery times may be affected by Australia Post, couriers, printers, warehouses, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be supplied where available.

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, taxes or import requirements imposed by the destination country.

Current shipping charges and any free shipping offers are displayed on our website or during checkout.

6. Preorders

Books advertised for preorder will be dispatched once stock becomes available.

Publication and delivery dates are estimates and may change because of printing, freight, production or other circumstances.

If a book that has been prepaid is cancelled and will not be published or supplied, the amount paid for that book will be refunded.

7. Damaged or Faulty Books

We take care to ensure books are packed securely and arrive in good condition.

If a book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details. We may ask you to provide photographs showing the damage so that we can assess the problem.

Where a book has been damaged in transit, we will ordinarily arrange for a replacement copy to be sent at no additional cost.

If a replacement is unavailable, or where you are otherwise entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Change of Mind

Connor Court Publishing is not required to provide a refund or exchange merely because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong book, finds the book cheaper elsewhere or decides they no longer want the product.

We may choose to accept a change of mind return in particular circumstances at our discretion.

This section does not affect any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Sale and Clearance Books

Books purchased through clearance, bargain or sale promotions may include older stock.

Normal Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply to sale and clearance products.

A discounted price alone does not affect a customer's statutory rights where a product is faulty or does not comply with applicable consumer guarantees.

10. Ebooks and Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable ebooks and PDFs, are supplied electronically.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device or software is capable of opening the relevant digital format.

Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, we do not normally provide a change of mind refund once a digital product has been supplied or downloaded.

Digital products are supplied for the purchaser's personal use unless otherwise stated. They must not be reproduced, distributed, uploaded, resold or made publicly available without permission from the copyright owner.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a customer's rights under Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.

12. Website Content

All material appearing on this website, including text, graphics, logos, cover designs, photographs and other content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws where applicable.

Material from this website may not be reproduced, republished, distributed or commercially exploited without permission from Connor Court Publishing or the relevant copyright owner, except where permitted by law.

13. Books and Authors

Connor Court Publishing publishes works by a wide range of authors.

Views and opinions expressed in individual books are those of the relevant authors and do not necessarily represent the views of Connor Court Publishing, its directors, employees, editors or associated organisations.

We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error free access.
